Celje 30.09.2010

There was a European Dog Show in Celje. Our Dumka competed in the Junior Class and with an 'excellent' note she ended up 4th in a group of 11 bitches!!! Mr Miklos Levente, a Hungarian dog breeder of 'of Bacardi', was the judge. Our thanks go to Paulinka for perfect handling.

A Club Show and the EuDDC September 12th, 2010

12.09.2010 EuDDC
On the second day our set of judges changed. Ala was in Roman Fortsch's group. She received the EuDDC Veteran Winner 2010 title. A beautiful 10 years old yellow bitch from Finland named Cucurbita vom Romanov won the BIS of the show. Congratulations! Dumka was judged by Margrit Volzer from Luxembourg, who rewarded us with a 'very good' mark. We had such a great time there! Greetings to the Polish team! We can always count on you guys !

Club Show in Vilnius September 11th, 2010

To Vilnius I went with Monika, Ala and Dumka. We like Vilnius a lot and, as usual, we enjoyed our stay there, especially because our veteran, AL-KAHIRA Thidalium won the title of a Lithuanian Veteran Club Winner 2010 and a Veteran BIS of the show! Her granddaughter Dumka, competing in Junior class, receiver the 'excellent' mark and took second place overall. Ala was judged by Jean-Francois Martin from France, and Dumka by Milan Stourac from the Czech Republic. For more pictures go to the gallery: from the shows and Ala's and Dumka's.

Białystok August 29th - September 7th, 2010

On Saturday we went to Białystok Show. Our judge was Lizbeth Mach from Switzerland, whom I met previously in Kiev. She is a very amicable judge who scrutinizes the dogs very carefully and comes up with interesting descriptions.

Our Dumka received an 'excellent' note and a CWC. Córka Stefanki also scored 'excellent', and CWC and Res.CACIB. Pictures by courtesy of Malwina and Ola.

Kraków September 5th, 2010

In September we are planning to organize several important shows for Great Dane lovers. The first weekend of the month Dumka and I spent in Kraków. Wanda Kotik, an acclaimed Great Dane judge whose dogs are nicknamed 'Myszatka', judged us there. DUMKA received an 'excellent' note, alongside with a CWC, CACIB and BOB. We were accompanied by Ola who took a couple of pics. See our gallery :)

Bratislava August 22nd, 2010

A beautiful weekend in Bratislava. The weather was warm and we had a lot of time to relax. On the first day Dumka received an 'excellent' note and Res.CAC. Córka Stefanki got an 'excellent' note as well, plus the CAC, CACIB and BOB. The judge for the day was Gabriela Ridarcikova from Slovakia. The next day, a hungarian judge gave Dumka an 'excellent' note, CAC, Res.CACIB. Stefanka's daughter got an 'excellent' with CAC and CACIB. Unfortunately we do not have any pictures from the show.

Sopot August 15th, 2010

And international show in Sopot.

Our Córka Stefanki received yet another CACIB, her fifth this year and she now was eligible for the International Beauty Champion, also known as Interchampion. The black Dumka competed in the adult class for the first time got her CWC certificate. Andrzej Szutkiewicz, an experienced breeder of Great Danes nicknamed 'Amigo Perro', was our judge. It was a very good day for us.

Precious Zuza July 28th, 2010

Precious Zuza took part in the Great Dane 'Spring Contest' in Zbraslav, near Brno. Zuza, who was the youngest competitor, represented the ZZO category and was 4th. Congrats!

Dumka PT-1 June 28th, 2010

That day Dumka and I passed our PT-1 exam having scored 182/200. Let me just remind you that Dumka's grandma, Ala, scored 180 in the same kind of exam, and her mom, Italiana, scored 192 and a bronze medal.

Dumka and I joined the service dog course. It took us quite some time before she could be persuaded to lie down.

ALA - III Best In Show Veteran, 27.03.2010.

At the International exhibition in Katowice, our veteran AL-KAHIRA Thidalium appeared on Best in Show honor Veterans and took 3rd place! Her granddaughter DUMKA from the Hungarian judge, which is considered an expert on dogs, Andras Korozsa, received the titles of Junior Winner and Best Junior. It was an extremely successful show, especially since right after her, we went to meet with Zuzka. Gosia Thank you for the nice company!
